I decided to try learn more about swing tunes this last year. It's a very deep pond and I can barely get into the shallow waters. The nice thing is that even the simplest arrangements of swing tunes are really fun to play. I recorded this on a Sony MDM-X4 MiniDisc with an AKG C3000 mic. It was mixed to a Sony 2 track minidisc. I recorded the rhythm one Sat. afternoon and the lead the next Sat. afternoon.
