This year I thought I'd submit a couple of my songs, one serious and one silly. I'll leave you to figure out which is which. Both ended up being recorded in one take - in fact, this is the practice track! I was going to submit something more polished, but I ran out of time. Cattle in the Cane was submitted to see if I could actually do a fiddle tune. I now realize the answer is "probably not" I figure if I send something to Plec every year, I'll eventually produce something that I like the sound of - In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this!
